Becoming a Member:

Step 1:
You need to download the necessary form from the following links according to which bank you would like your Direct Debate Mandate be effected to deduct automatically the annual membership fee.

                    

Step 2:

Fill the form and send it to:

MUMN, Les Lapin Courts, Court B No 3,
Indipendence Avenue,
Mosta  MST9022

Step 3:
Go to the Registration Page and register on line.

Your membership account will be set as 'pending' status untill all necessary bank transactions come into effect, hence you would not be able to login to access restricted pages until such transactions are cleared.
