Directive at Qormi Health Centre regarding Staff Compliment
Directive at Qormi Health Centre regarding Staff Compliment
The situation in Qormi health centre is not being addressed. MUMN is referring to the recurrent staff compliment which is supposed to be five nurses but on repeated occasions there are four nurses.
There were already directives in places, but the situation is getting worse and not being addressed.
From now on MUMN is issuing a directive that when there are four nurses, all bloodletting will be cancelled on the day.
Also phoning nurses for overtime at 7.00 a.m. on the day does not make sense. There was ample time to replace since a long sick leave should have been noted.
Staff compliment has to be respected, let alone when the training matrix is to be initiated.
