Directives: Re: Ms. Pace and Charmaine Psaila midwifery management bullying midwives in OBS2

 

The threats and lies to the midwifery staff at Obst two is unbelievable by these two midwifery managers.  Such management instead of addressing the issues of Obst two, prefer to use pressure and attack the midwives in Obst two so as not to abide to MUMN directives.

 

Threatening the staff by claiming that they would personally introduce the admission room in Obst two out of spite to cause fear in the staff is as dirty as it gets.

 

Therefore, due to the pressures and lies to confuse ideas in the staff of Obst two, MUMN is issuing such further directives:

 

1) Not to do any work related to admission room. All paperwork is to be send to SNO office. The admission room is not of a concern to the midwives and charge midwives of Obst two.

 

2) Rest assured the admission will never be introduced back to Obst two.

 

3) The current directives are still enforced, and the compliment will stand as indicted in the directives, irrespective of any claims or any tactics these two midwifery managment invents.

 

4) The admission is a completely independent both from logistics, management, and compliment with no connections to Obst two. The admission is to fall directly under the Senior Midwifery management Office

 

Important to adhere to directives at all time and do not reply back to any midwifery management on the directives. Midwifery management is bullying the staff since such management has no solutions to the current issues in Obst two. Such management is too scared to phone MUMN.

 

 

Attention Ms. Damato: midwifery management listed above are threatening staff of liabilities and disciplinary action for abiding MUMN directives. MUMN expects that your office acts against the midwifery staff listed above since legal action will be taken if they persist in their approach.
