MUMN withdraws all directives on influenza vaccinations

The Malta Union of Midwives and Nurses have withdrawn all directives relating to the influenza vaccinations, putting their industrial action which delayed the administration of the vaccines to patients to an end.

The MUMN had issued the directives, which disrupted the first days of service of the vaccination of influenza, over demands related to meal allowances and overtime concessions. MUMN President Paul Pace told this newswoom on Monday that all their demands were met and so the directives were withdrawn.
