The Council of MUMN this morning met with the President of Malta, H.E Dr. George Vella. During this meeting Dr. Vella thanked the sterling work of all our healthcare professionals.
MUMN reacts to the Prime Minister’s comments to Covid 19
Several people have made substantial sacrifices in various ways. Children were made to stay home, grandparents were deprived from their nephews and nieces, businesses were closed with vast financial losses, and the vulnerable were not allowed to go to work, just to mention a few.

MUMN has been approached by its members due to their shock and anger on hearing on the media that Hon. Minister Julia Farrugia Portelli is even considering some form of tourism from the so-called 9 “safe” countries. This is purely a political measure from an economic perspective which can have huge repercussions on the lives of all those living on the Maltese islands.
